Office Engineer

Saylor Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Office Engineer to support project management activities for large-scale public infrastructure projects. The role requires in-person work and supports the development of presentation materials, documentation, and project management activities.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years' experience performing Office Engineering work for large capital construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, planning, architecture, or similar degree
• Strong visual storytelling and document production skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Bluebeam, InDesign, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, e-Builder, Primavera P6, or similar)
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and audience awareness
• Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders
