Director, Internal Audit

SBA Communications is seeking a Director of Internal Audit to lead the transformation of the internal audit function into a strategic business partner. The ideal candidate will bring Big 4 public accounting experience, have worked in a public company environment, and possess deep expertise in SOX, operational audits, investigations, and regulatory frameworks including FCPA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification
• 10+ years of progressive management experience in audit and accounting, including Big 4 public accounting and public company environments
• Proven experience conducting investigations and working with SOX, FCPA and other regulatory frameworks
• Strong command of GRC platforms and data analytics tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
