Job Description
SBA Communications is seeking an Executive Director, Tax to develop and execute the company's worldwide tax strategy, ensuring compliance with all U.S. and international tax laws and regulations, while minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing after-tax returns for shareholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
- Master's degree in Tax preferred
- 10+ years of corporate tax experience
- Experience in the tax aspects of acquisitions
- International tax experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
