Finansų kontrolės vadovas (-ė)

We are inviting a Head of Financial Control to join the Financial Team. As a strategic role, you will be responsible for financial control of 7 companies, oversight and active participation in key decision-making processes with the management team and the SBA group's finance function. You will analyze results, develop financial plans, and lead the financial control team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial control, analysis, or audit (industrial environment - a significant advantage)
• Hold a high university degree in economics, finance, or accounting
• Have leadership experience or a strong potential to do so
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking
• Can see the whole picture and make decisions based on data
• Are initiative, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
• Have excellent teamwork skills and can clearly communicate financial insights
• Have experience working with ERP systems (SAP - an advantage)
