Job Description
Want to lead the procurement area in an organization that is about to embark on an exciting development journey. As Procurement Manager, you have the overarching responsibility for developing SBAB's procurement strategy, methods, and organization.
Requirements
- Clear leadership experience in driving change in matrix organizations
- High competence in strategic procurement with experience from bank/finance and IT-related procurements
- Experience working with regulatory requirements, risk management, and third-party governance
- Analytical, structured, and communicative leadership skills with the ability to lead through goals and KPIs
- Self-sufficiency, unpretentiousness, and business-driven mindset with a willingness to work broadly and deeply
- Ability to create trust, share knowledge, and drive development together with others
