Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to drive modern work methods for quality assurance, introducing test automation and AI support in the development flow to increase quality. You will build a culture and environment where quality is owned and developed by the teams.
Requirements
- Experience in testing, quality, and modern QA principles in agile development teams
- Practical experience of using AI in a development organization or in working with digital products
- Experience of driving change in technical organizations and building engagement, creating understanding, and getting people on board with new work methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to reach different parts of the organization
- Ability to challenge established work methods and contribute with new perspectives where needed
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaborations and moving between different teams and levels within the organization
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
