Job Description
Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, manage associates, and drive customer and sales. This role involves brand management, team development, inventory control, payroll management, and ensuring store security. The assistant manager will support the store manager and be responsible for all assigned duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates
- Scheduling availability
- Cosmetology license desirable
