SR ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Knowledgeable of revenue recognition principles ASC 606, and corresponding Journal entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA designation preferred
• Previous experience in month-end close processes
• Sarbanes Oxley compliance experience desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Lawson Software experience plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prepare and process journal entries
