Job Description
The Sr Manager, Brand & Category Marketing is a seasoned marketing strategist responsible for developing and implementing go-to-marketing planning for Sally Beauty as a retailer and its brands, inclusive of data and customer insights backed multi-channel campaigns driving business goals and priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ Years in Brand, Consumer, Channel, and/or Integrated Marketing, at a matrixed organization
- Prior experience in Retail, Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods, Fashion, Lifestyle required
- Prior experience leading go-to-market planning and marketing campaign development required
- Beauty industry acumen and interest
- Experience mentoring and developing direct reports
- Data-oriented mindset
- Experience with SaaS software for marketing planning preferred
