TRANSPORTATION MANAGER

Manager Transportation Shared Services leads a centralized shared service function supporting Transportation operations through process standardization, technology-driven automation, analytics, and disciplined execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of transportation, or distribution experience in a retail or high-volume environment, with hands-on experience driving automation, digital workflows, or AI-enabled improvements within transportation operations.
• Hands-on experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to monitor transportation performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience with TMS, Freight Audit systems, and operational reporting
• Comfortable working in a goal- and metrics-driven environment
• Strategic, tech-forward thinker with interest in automation and AI-enabled improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with third-party partners
