Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at SBIT, a system house in Munich, Germany. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to our customers, ensuring that systems run smoothly and people can work efficiently. The role involves hardware installation and maintenance, user support, server and network support, and documentation.
Requirements
- Training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network components)
- Basic knowledge of network technology and ideally server hardware
- Driver's license class B
- German on C1 level
