IT Support Spezialist Außendienst (m/w/d) - mit Dienstwagen

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a face at the customer, you will bring calm in when technology is annoying and ensure that systems run smoothly. Your area of deployment will be Greater Munich, and you will be responsible for hardware installation and maintenance, user support, server & network support, and clean documentation.

Requirements

• Training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network components)
• Basic knowledge of network technology and ideally server hardware
• Driving license class B
• German at C1 level
