Job Description
SBM’s Manager in Training (MIT) program provides motivated individuals with six-week training to develop leadership skills in the facilities industry. The program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and personalized advice for aspiring managers. Successful completion of the MIT program leads to opportunities to advance to a manager role within SBM.
Requirements
- Relocation is required after 6 weeks if local opportunity is not available
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred but not required
- Previous leadership experience
