Custodial Supervisor

SBM Management is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within assigned areas. The role involves supervising custodial employees, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor is responsible for training, directing, and reporting on the performance of custodial personnel.

Requirements

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of employees in the Custodial program
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections of assigned areas
• Advises the immediate supervisor when shortcomings or other deficiencies of work are noted
