Job Description
The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall management of company programs and ensuring compliance with contracts. This includes developing schedules, conducting inspections, managing budgets, coordinating communication, and maintaining the site's operation. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and financial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills
- Knowledge of FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
