Job Description
SBM Management is searching for a Utility Technician to support various departments, requiring flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. The role involves installing and maintaining furniture, equipment, and materials, as well as performing floor work and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in custodial/floor care or maintenance
- Experience operating floor care machinery
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
