Job Description
The Instrument Technician is responsible for executing maintenance and preservation tasks efficiently and safely to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience and/or qualified to N/SVQ/HNC/HND in Instrument Engineering or local equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience desired with offshore experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
- Good experience of Permit to Work, Instrument/Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.
- COMP ex E’X’ course preferred.
- Medically fit according to The Company GEMS Instruction Health Requirements to Work Offshore.
