Warranty Contract Manager - Rotterdam (S)

The Warranty Contract Manager provides Contract Management support and execution for less complex projects or support Project or Senior CMs for Major projects or for the Group Contract Management department. The role involves managing Main Contracts, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual requirements, and ensuring commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team.

Requirements

• Degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management including EPCI, subcontract management
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation
• Experience of project execution interface
