Junior Operations Manager (m/f/x)

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform. We're seeking a Junior Operations Manager to join our Operations teams in the cash and securities sphere.

Requirements

• banking apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
• fundamental experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management
• prior involvement in a bank's middle or back office is a plus
• fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• experience in German and/or European systems for payments, securities settlement, custody, and taxes is considered a plus
• ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards
