(Senior) Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript / Java-Kotlin) - Marketing Growth (m/f/x)

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform that empowers people across Europe to shape their own finances. The company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their Marketing Growth team, working on customer-facing journeys, content and conversion flows, and internal growth tooling.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
• Strong hands-on frontend experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Solid experience with modern frontend engineering practices, including testing, component-driven development, performance optimisation, and maintainable UI architecture
• Backend experience building and integrating production services with Java and/or Kotlin
• Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication and authorisation patterns including JWT, and service-to-service integrations
• Good working knowledge of AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and observability/debugging in production
• Experience delivering complex software with end-to-end ownership, ideally across microservices and customer-facing platforms
• Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product contexts, with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs
• Clear, open, and concise communication skills, with professional proficiency in English
