Job Description
Scale is hiring a Production AI Ops Lead to design and develop the production lifecycle of full-stack AI applications for international government agencies. The role involves owning the production outcome, ensuring full-stack integrity, scaling the feedback loop, navigating global compliance, and driving product evolution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a high-impact technical role (SRE, FDE, or MLOps) with experience in the public sector
- Global perspective with familiarity with international government security standards and complexities of deploying sovereign AI
- System architecture proficiency with experience maintaining production-grade applications
- Modern AI Stack expertise with proficiency in coding and modern AI infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical performance metrics to senior officials
