Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. The role involves scheduling, coordinating, and confirming candidate interviews, creating a welcoming candidate experience, and supporting Recruiting Operations on initiatives related to improving coordination workflows and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in scheduling high volume interviews and tech industry experience
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, ModernLoop, or similar ATS/scheduling tools
- Highly organized and process-driven approach to work
- Curious and proactive mindset, leveraging AI tools and technology to identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
