Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to support the design and development of core platforms and software systems, working closely with stakeholders and internal customers to understand and refine requirements.
Requirements
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our foundational platforms and systems
- Directly manage or mentor small teams of software engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Proactively identify opportunities for, and driving improvements to, current programming practices
