Job Description
Scale is seeking a Tech Lead Manager for their Research Team focused on building and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves leading a team, conducting research, designing benchmarks, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive AI development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, Transformer modeling, and a passion for contributing to the next generation of AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in large language model, NLP, and Transformer modeling.
- Experience supporting and leading a team of research scientists and research engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Published research in areas of machine learning at major conferences and journals.
