Scale is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner closely with Engineering and AI organizations, hiring world-class Software Engineers, Applied AI Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers. The role requires shaping hiring strategy, building top talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
