Field Service Engineer Technician

The Field Service Engineer Technician will work with customers and/or contractor supervision to install new machines and retool projects, debug and start-up new machine installation and retool projects, and perform service calls on customer machines. The role requires technical competence, good communication skills, and the ability to work with customers and direct other employees.

Requirements

• Must understand all levels of production machine equipment
• Must be able to direct other people and work with the customer
• Must be able to diagnose machine problems and make recommendations to solve them
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Must be technically competent in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic areas
