The Regional Sales Manager is the primary interface between Company and the customer, responsible for matching customer needs with Company products and resources.

- Report if Company's solution matches customer needs
- Manage company’s relationship with the customer
- Provide data about the customer/markets, competition, Ingersoll’s products compared to competition, and Company's performance
- Understand and identify customer’s plant operating issues and problems important to current and future machine tool outlooks
