IT Project Manager (adult-oriented digital products)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Junior PM, Scrum Master, Product Owner
• Experience managing web or mobile development projects end-to-end
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented, sensitive, or regulated digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Solid business acumen in project planning, risk management, and delivery
