Job Description
We are seeking a strategic-minded Amazon Review Collection Manager to help drive business growth through digital marketing and review collection initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing and is knowledgeable about Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listings
- Plan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviews
- Monitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our products
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection efforts
- Track and report on star ratings across all products
