Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Accountant. In this position, you will oversee the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping experience in an American company (is a must)
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English (at least B2) and in MS Office
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficient in Quickbooks (is a must)
- Proficient A2X, Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal (will be an advantage)
- Work experience in American company (will be an advantage)
