Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development for an e-commerce company selling on Amazon.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and identify profitable opportunities in the outdoor, fitness, or consumer product categories.
- Experience in business analytics, financial/strategic analysis, or data modeling for product or project decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative reasoning skills able to use data to drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analytics, data visualization, and querying tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms, etc.).
- Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for design, functionality, and customer experience.
- Engineering or technical background and strong understanding of manufacturing and sourcing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with global teams and suppliers.
