We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of our Supply, Logistics, Marketing, and Development teams, ensuring timely completion of projects and alignment with our company's objectives and operational strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within an eCommerce or online retail setting
- Excellent understanding of eCommerce operations and business functions
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating and motivating teams
- Strategic planning and execution experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
