Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and flexible Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an eCommerce company voilechic.com with both personal and business tasks. This role is a 50/50 blend of responsibilities, requiring someone who can anticipate needs, stay organized, and take initiative to keep everything running effortlessly behind the scenes, allowing the CEO to focus on bigger priorities without distractions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proactive in anticipating the CEO's needs and resolving issues before they arise
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, with flexibility after hours if needed
- Strong understanding of both Islamic practices and Western culture is essential
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
