Our client, an international digital media marketing Agency, is looking for a creative and strategic Growth Marketer and Lead Generation Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation or a similar field
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies
• Expertise in managing various advertising platforms, social media and email marketing tools
• Proficient with leading CRM and email marketing software, with a keen understanding of integration and automation capabilities
