Our client, a well-established D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Amazon. This is a full-time remote position dedicated to supporting the scale-up growth for their brand on Amazon.
Requirements
- Oversee the overall performance and success of Amazon Seller Central accounts, and ensure sales growth.
- Manage and oversee the Amazon team, including Supply chain, Account management, Advertising, and other relevant functions, to ensure strategic growth of the business.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying trends and developing strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the account to enhance product listings, ensuring enhanced brand visibility and a stronger competitive position on Amazon.
- Regularly monitor competitor performance metrics and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee effective Amazon advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and higher sales attributed to advertising.
- Develop and execute effective launch strategies for new products on Amazon, achieving target sales volume, profitability targets, and positive customer feedback.
- Elaborate accurate sales forecasts and oversee supply to Amazon in order to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, guidelines, trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills in project management.
