We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead our end-to-end operational ecosystem from supply planning and procurement to logistics, fulfillment, and customer experience. This leader will drive operational excellence, build scalable processes, and strengthen relationships across our global vendor and logistics network.
Requirements
- 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management, logistics in an ecommerce company
- Experience in a similar position in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across supply chain and customer service.
- Experience working with a start-up company/culture.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively are essential.
- Able to communicate thoughts clearly in English, both written and spoken.
