Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across different types of roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
- Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction best practices
- Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee engagement initiatives
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- Experience working in a remote and international environment
- Experience supporting eCommerce, operations, marketing, or digital teams
