As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and scalability within our organization by optimizing processes, implementing project management tools, and streamlining operations.

Requirements

• Project management certification
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the ecommerce/IT industry.
• Strong proficiency in using Notion for project management and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize and optimize complex processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving operational efficiency and scalability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
