Our client, the Institute of Metacognitive Programming, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the voice of its brand across multiple digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 2 years) with a portfolio of accounts and campaigns managed.
• Fluent Russian - necessary to maintain the brand voice, respond to audience comments and messages, and manage content across Russian-language social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication, grammatical precision, and a refined visual sense.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, organic growth mechanics, and content psychology.
• Ability to adapt and emulate an author or brand voice while preserving meaning and nuance.
• Analytical mindset: not just reporting metrics, but interpreting audience behavior and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of content psychology: knowing not just what to post, but why it will resonate.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in problem-solving and content strategy.
