We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network in the Louisville market in a fully remote role. The main goal is to connect with new partners, build strong relationships, and help increase brand awareness in the local restoration market.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-focused roles
- At least 2 years of experience building professional relationships or referral partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience conducting 20+ outreach activities per week to generate new business opportunities or professional relationships
- Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system to manage contacts, track outreach, and monitor sales or partnership activity
- Experience managing 10 or more active client, partner, or referral relationships at the same time
