Coaching Operations & Client Experience Manager role involves building and managing courses, client experience, outbound and subscriber growth, social and practice support, and light creative support for a global coaching business. Quarterly international travel is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months actively managing a Skool course
- 3+ years supporting a business coach, consultant, or professional services firm
- Experience contributing to a coaching program with 100+ paying members
- Experience executing outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls)
- Experience with AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized, systems-driven, proactive
