Join Scaleway and shape the sovereign cloud of tomorrow. As a Customer Success Management Intern, you will support CSMs in their daily interactions with clients and contribute to improving customer processes to maintain and grow the customer base while delivering a high-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Currently a Master's student (M1 or M2) in a business school or engineering school
- Good communication skills, ability to structure information and produce clear written summaries
- Analytical skills, able to tell a story from data
- First experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs
- Strong interest in customer relationship management and the tech/cloud ecosystem
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
