Bar Associate - Katy, TX

We have an incredible opportunity for a Bar Associate (bartender/server) to join our Katy, TX location. This open environment demands initiative and imagination from all team members.

Requirements

• 21 years of age to apply
• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years Bar/Restaurant Industry, 2 years solely bartending
• Extensive craft beer knowledge
• Solid spirit and wine profile knowledge
• Strong Team attitude
• Flair experience a plus
• Up-to-date State regulated Alcohol Serving Certification and Food Handlers Certification
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to walk, stand and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Ability to work in a cigar friendly, smoking environment
• Ability to climb stepladders and restock merchandise shelving
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Able to operate a Point-of-Sale system
• Must pass criminal background check
