Job Description
We are searching for a committed, energetic Bar Lead who would enjoy work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The Bar Lead will directly work with the bar staff to ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and the CI customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of bar/restaurant supervisor experience in a high volume bar setting
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Willingness to work during peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays
