Requirements

• Administer investment budget and ensure correct execution according to corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with office's financial indicators
• Manage petty cash and receive payments according to established policies
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, tools, and assets
• Control spare parts and stock management
• Manage human resources
• Follow up on timely closure of service orders
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients
• Provide technical support to clients as needed
