Requirements
- Support the Head of Health and Safety to develop and implement a people-centred H&S strategy across multiple sites
- Shape a strong safety culture, reinforcing the right behaviours, attitudes and personal responsibility across all levels of the business
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, managers and frontline teams—providing guidance, challenge, and practical solutions
- Lead the development of H&S management systems that maintain legal compliance while prioritising the protection of our people
- Actively engage with operational teams on site to understand risks firsthand and co-create safety procedures that are both effective and aligned with commercial and operational realities.
