Teamleider Paintshop

Contribute to the quality of every Scania truck as a Paintshop Team Leader. Guide colleagues on the shop floor, help with questions and improvements, and ensure that the work is safe and runs smoothly.

Requirements

• MBO level 2 or higher in a technical or production-oriented direction
• Affinity with technology, chemistry, or quality and interest in how processes work
• Good communicative skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues on the shop floor
• Ability to handle digital systems for registration and reporting
