Card & Merchant Fraud Investigation Specialist

Conduct investigations on merchants or products related to various types of accounts, analyze fraud patterns, and prepare reports. Work with a team to prevent and suppress corruption and accounts fraud. Apply advanced knowledge of laws and regulations to prevent and suppress corruption and accounts fraud.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in law, political science, economics, sociology, business administration, or other relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in investigation, inspection, or fraud cases related to electronic cards, membership stores, wallet applications, or other bank electronic services.
• English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing at a high level.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Power BI, and able to create effective presentations.
