Senior Officer - Business Strategy Formulation

Formulate bank-wide goals, strategic imperatives, and success metrics in collaboration with senior management. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the bank's business. Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends within the financial services sector
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise initiative, maintain strong attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
