Job Description
The Senior Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing guidance and technical direction to Compliance Specialists, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely completion of compliance-related activities. The role will also involve leading specialized and complex regulatory projects, engaging with the Compliance Management Team on enterprise-wide initiatives, and assisting business units with assessing enterprise-wide compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of recent and applicable regulatory compliance experience
- Enterprise-wide compliance, compliance risk management, fair lending, HMDA, BSA and UDAAP experience
